Securely pack your items in their original Leonardo Officina box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective hygiene seals are intact.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
